Another project showcasing the seafood recipes from my Mumbaikar East Indian culture, this one was a collection of mom's and granny's recipes, with a few contributions from friends. We used a simple black-blue textured background as the cover to feature the feast that East Indian seafood is! This book also won Best in the World at the 31st international Gourmand Awards in Riyadh in Nov 2025.
