Essentially East Indian Seafood: Recipes from Abby's Hearth

Another project showcasing the seafood recipes from my Mumbaikar East Indian culture, this one was a collection of mom's and granny's recipes, with a few contributions from friends. We used a simple black-blue textured background as the cover to feature the feast that East Indian seafood is! This book has also been nominated for the 31st international Gourmand Awards, and the winners will be announced in Riyadh in Nov 2025.
